Nikita Valerievich Chirkov - Founder

Nikita Valerievich Chirkov was born on November 30, 1993 in a small military town in northern Russia named Myrmansk. Shortly after his birth, the family moved south to Saint Petersburg where Nikita started his education. At the age of 11, Nikita and his family immigrated to the United States of America. It is around this time that he started to develop his love and understanding of politics. However, politics was also in Chirkov’s blood. His grandfather, Vladimir Tsikarev, was a leader of a pro-democracy party during the Soviet Union, and was assassinated by the Soviet government shortly before Nikita’s birth. His second grandfather was an admiral of the Russian navy and currently directs economic development projects in Saint Petersburg. Both of these individuals served as great inspirations to Chirkov and his political endeavors. In 2010, Nikita founded the Galveston Ball High School Club of Constitutional Studies and Analysis, which focused on educating young high school students about the importance of Constitutionalism and Federalism in modern America. In 2011, Nikita founded NVC Reports (www.nvcreports.com). Chirkov soon started to publish numerous articles and opinions on his website, including some that were later re-published by the local press. Chirkov’s “Degrees of Statism” publication was also successful in receiving nationwide recognition and was published by Saint Vincent College. The website publications also included a series of analytical essays of the Federalist Papers which currently cover over half of the document. Recently Chirkov has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Tea Party Students of Texas as a Vice Chairman of Texas as well as a San Antonio Region Director. Nikita graduated from Ball High School in 2012, and now attends Trinity University in San Antonio where he is studying political Science with International Relations, and swims for the university swim team.
